Shelf life – 6 months at a temperature maximum 20 °С and relative humidity maximum 80 %.

Appearance and consistence – fine powder or powder of single sintered whey parts. Small quantity of easy crumbling after physical impact lumps is allowed.
Colour – white, white with light-yellow shade.
Taste and aroma – proper to milk whey, sweetish, saltish, sourish.
